Notes for exhibitors

We look forward to welcoming you back to York Racecourse in 2024. Due to expected demand, early booking is essential. No guarantees are given on position.
Catering is available from 9am for exhibitors. There is ample free car & coach parking at the racecourse.
- No display material can be affixed to any walls or pillars. Any damage incurred will be charged to the stallholder. All stallholders must have public liability insurance
- All exhibitors will be displayed on our website once a booking form & fee has been received. If you provide us with your website address, a link will be made to your site. We would appreciate a reciprocal arrangement.
Costs
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL
Tables only £69.00 each when booked and paid for by 30th April 2024!

Each table is approximately 6ft x 2ft 6ins. One chair is allocated to each table, additional chairs available.
- An electricity outlet is available for £15.00, extension leads may be required.
- Bulk ticket bookings can be made for £4.00 each.
- We recommend you bring your own WIFI dongle.
- You will be allocated two exhibitor passes per table. Please ensure these are passed on to your helpers otherwise payment is due at the door.
- Please note that we will be filming, recording and photographing at the event, which may include yourself, your helpers and your stand. By booking with us you consent to us using any material in future, such as on our website, in marketing videos, etc.
